Safeguarding Training For Early Years
Many Early Years providers choose to use our online learning service for their setting. However, members of the Early Years Alliance are able to access a broad range of EduCare courses made in partnership with the Alliance as part of their membership.
The partnership between EduCare and the Early Years Alliance is the biggest-ever offer of free training by an early years organisation and is worth millions of pounds to the early years and childcare sector.
Early Years Alliance members receive online training courses completely free of charge which support the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, foster equality and inclusion and promote positive behaviour in children. Members are also able to purchase additional Safeguarding and Duty of Care training courses from EduCare at a generous discount from an online shop.
The clear, concise courses, designed specifically for the Early Years sector, cover a wide range of topics including Understanding Children's Rights, Effective First Aid Management and The Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning.

I have found the Educare for Education e-learning courses very helpful in running my nursery. Having courses readily available online saves a lot of time and money. Staff have also found it better as they are able to learn at their own pace, and the tests that are built in to the courses help to confirm their understanding of the subject.
