In the news: Ofsted have published their draft inspection framework 2019

The government has announced the opening of the consultation on the 'next iteration of education inspection'. According to the foreword written by Amanda Spielman, Ofsted's Chief Inspector, there are 2 linked themes that run all the way through the draft framework: the substance of education, and integrity.

How will Ofsted's new inspection framework affect schools?

EduCare's Product Development Lead for Education, Dawn Jotham, has reviewed the new draft handbooks and summarising how they may affect maintained schools and academies, further education providers, early years settings and non-association independent schools.
