Endorsed by established youth organisations ‘Safeguarding Vulnerable Young People’ is the title of our latest course which is written for those who work with young people aged 16-25 in sixth forms and further education colleges. However, the principles of the course apply to anybody who comes into contact with young people in their work or voluntary activity.

The course provides key information to help raise your awareness of young people who may be vulnerable because of their age, relative inexperience, past abusive experiences or current circumstances.

There are four concise learning modules that cover who may be vulnerable, the signs and indicators of abuse, what to do if a young person confides abuse to you, recording and reporting procedures, and organisational good practice.

The course costs just £27.50 with bulk discounts available, and it is one of the 16 courses in our EduCare for Education multi-course licence. Click here for more information.
