Not all EduCare courses are immediately assigned to all learners. To allow administrators a degree of flexibility and control over content, our Learner Management System  will enable users with Administration rights to manually choose who is allocated which course.

If you would like to allocate a course to a user, here are some simple steps to help. If you would like some additional support then please email our Customer Services team or call us on 01926 436 211.

Step One

Log in using your Administrator login details - in this example, this is the EduCare for Health training course package.

Step Two

Once you have successfully logged in, Click on the ‘Edit Group Details’ item under the ‘Administration’ menu.

You will then see the ‘Edit Group Details’ page; click ‘Edit’ next to the name of the group (or sub-group) that you wish to make amends to.

 

Step Three

From your ‘Add/Edit Group’ page, click on the ‘Assign Programmes’ tab and from there you will see all the courses available to your group.

Find the relevant coursein this list, in this example we have used ‘Female Genital Mutilation Awareness’, and then click the ‘Assign’ button under the ‘Qty Remaining’ column.

A list of all users who DO NOT have the course assigned to them will appear, simply tick the box next to each user you wish to assign the course to and then click the ‘Assign’ button above the list next to ‘Search’

 

Step Four

Finally click ‘Save’ at the top of the ‘Add/Edit Group’ page, and everyone ticked will receive their brand new course.
