Paper Programmes

When you or your organisation has bought a paper programme, we will send you or your organisation a pack containing all your course materials, consisting of learning modules and accompanying questionnaires.

Once you receive your pack:

• read each of the learning modules carefully
• then complete the corresponding questionnaires
• return the answer sheets to us in the freepost envelope we provide.

We will then mark your answer sheet, and advise you of the result by post. If you have passed we will send you your personalised certificate and your scores and answer explanations, usually within 7 days of receiving your answer sheet.

If you fail the programme, we will advise you of your score by post, and you will have the opportunity to resit at a nominal charge.
