Online Programmes
Once you’ve bought the programme, or once your organisation has bought the programme for you, you’ll receive a welcome email. This will advise you of your username and password for our online learning system.
You will then use your details to log in to our online learning system.
Once you’ve logged in:
- read through each of the learning modules carefully
- then complete the corresponding questionnaires.
The system will tell you your score. If you have passed, you will be able to view the answer explanations, the system will send you a confirmation email, and you will usually receive your personalised certificate in the post within 7 days.
If you have failed, you will have the opportunity to resit the programme. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions or on the Help Pages in the online learning system.
